Farrelly PC founder Sean J. Farrelly has been named by Super Lawyers Magazine as a Rising Star in the area of Criminal Defense in Washington, D.C.

 

Less than three years after opening his practice, Farrelly PC founder Sean J. Farrelly has been named by Super Lawyers Magazine as a Rising Star in the area of criminal defense in Washington, D.C.  Prior to forming Farrelly PC, Mr. Farrelly served as an Assistant Attorney General in the District of Columbia Office of the Attorney General.  As an Assistant Attorney General, Mr. Farrelly prosecuted various criminal offenses committed within the District.  Prior to his tenure as a prosecutor, Mr. Farrelly served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the District of Columbia Superior Court.

During his time in private practice, Mr. Farrelly has represented individuals charged with offenses ranging from Driving Under the Influence to Assault with Intent to Kill While Armed.  Mr. Farrelly has obtained numerous dismissals, acquittals and other favorable results for his clients.  In addition to his criminal defense practice, Mr. Farrelly represents individuals in civil litigation matters and in matters involving petitions for Civil Protection Orders.  Mr. Farrelly is rated 10/10 by Avvo and has been named by The National Trial Lawyers as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer in the area of criminal defense.
